His portfolio includes luxury estates, new development, multi-family investment properties, and landmark transactions—such as the $13 million apartment building sale in Glendale, California.

Devone’s real estate journey began in 1994 with his first property flip, a project that launched his passion for investment and development. He went on to create D.A. Richard Investments, completing numerous profitable acquisition, rehab, and resale ventures throughout Southern California. He later founded Southern Pacific Funding, offering residential and commercial real estate financing solutions and expanding his expertise into lending and capital structuring.
