With a career spanning three decades, Devone has represented clients in some of the region’s most competitive and high-value markets—from Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and Calabasas to Las Vegas and Henderson. His portfolio includes luxury estates, development projects, and large-scale multi-family investments, including a landmark $13 million apartment sale in Glendale, California.

Devone’s journey began in 1994 with his first property flip, which led him to establish D.A. Richard Investments, managing numerous successful rehab and resale projects. He later founded Southern Pacific Funding to provide real estate financing solutions, expanding his expertise across both residential and commercial lending.

In 2013, Devone launched Next Real Estate Advisors, building a reputation for integrity, performance, and results-driven representation.
